After you have placed a order you will receive a order number when you get that order number you need to fill out the short form below so we can know what to put on the graphic or website. You have 30 days after the order is placed to fill out the graphic design form or send us a e-mail telling us what you want on the website or graphic. After the 30 days is over the order will be void and you will not be refund your money.
